Back to Basics- Another great interview with Ray Cash Care. He nails what it is to be "self-aware". Knowing what to hold on to and what to let go of. Having 2 girls myself I completely connect with his experience of being a dad and raising a family with strength, love, and action. Recruiters, what are you holding on to? Is it positive or negative? Maybe time for some reflection and action. Keep it real. b2b

It is the confidence and effort for me! I love to see it! Dance is my love and it brings me great joy to see others enjoy it together! It can teach us so much. Right here are so many life lessons from dance: 1. Follow good technique regardless of someone’s age. 2. Working your strengths make you look good… lean into them. 3. Don’t worry what people think. Simply enjoy each moment you step out your comfort zone.

Founder and CFO/Water Business Development Expert/Metal Storage Manufacturing and Fabrication, Business Development, I am an aquapreneur passionate about saving every drop
As parents, we all try to impress our kids with what we do, but at the end of the day, does it really matter? Because what matters most is being present for the little moments. The dance classes, school rehearsals, bestie's birthday parties, and sleepovers. We want to make sure our children don't have to work as hard as we do, but do they really care about the wealth we're trying to create? One parent shared that their child said, "All I ever wanted is YOU and not the wealth you are trying to create, all I want is a baby sister or brother, but you are too busy to even consider that." It's a powerful reminder that our children want our time and attention more than anything else. Another parent once said, "Kids are flowers on the funeral of your own grandparents and the best karma you will ever experience and the best brain f. you will ever get." It's a beautiful sentiment that highlights the importance of cherishing our children and being present for them. So, let's discuss. Do you agree or disagree? As parents, what do you believe matters most? Join the conversation in the comments below.

We were so excited that the Niners won last night! 🏈 But since Caleb cannot have screen time yet, I decided to be a goofy mama and share the excitement with a little milk shaking dance for my boy before bedtime. Nothing makes me happier than my sweet boy’s smile and laugh. www.samandsheila.com #ninersfaithful #ninerswon #momboss #onlinebusiness #digitalmarketing #socialmediamarketing

It's far better to connect in person, or with the human voice. We all need interactions with each other to feel like we belong. I know technology has helped us in many ways, but it also has hurt us more than many of you may realize. Communication is much better done in person, or with the sound of another human voice. it's how our society was meant to be. You can't see emotions in a text. You can't see emotions in an email. Everyone Needs Love and Fellowship. In the next week, call a friend rather than text, Visit someone in person. I'll bet you will make their day. Pick up the phone instead of letting it go to voice mail and playing phone tag. Texts are great and so is email, but they should never replace the power of a human voice and a face to face greeting or even an Actual Hug. Life is short, don't be so cold and cruel that you cannot actually express real LOVE.

I like to gather all my friends together so we can share experiences and have meaningful discussions on the events of our world. Of course we could do this by phone but brotherhood and sisterhood is always better when Mother Nature supplies our walkway and we are comforted by the watchful eye from above. Father's Day can be a joyful celebration for many, but for some, it can stir up complex emotions. 💙 Today, we want to acknowledge that families come in all shapes and sizes, and that not everyone has a traditional father figure in their lives. Whether you're celebrating with your dad, remembering a father who's no longer with us, navigating a complicated relationship, or missing someone dearly, know that you're not alone. We're here to offer support, understanding, and a listening ear. Sending love to all on this Father's Day. #FathersDaySupport #YouAreNotAlone #HealingSelvesTherapeutics

Helping Organizations Create a Workplace Culture Where Leaders & Employees Thrive | Psychological-Emotional Safety & Trauma Responsive Communication Expert | Training Trauma Responsive Coaches & Leaders | TEDx Speaker
Some people think learning how to create psychological safety as a leader is irrelevant and unimportant. But how you do anything is how you do everything. When you look at this performance, you may think (as I did) how adorable!). But analyze more deeply and you will realize a few more details. First, this performance was the culmination of many Daddy - Daughter hours spent together 💕💕💕. Commitment and consistency. Second, the level of trust of that child running at full speed and jumping into her Dad’s arms, and flipping over and being hoisted up that way says everything about the level of safety present. Third, the little twirl and then the skipping off with his baby girl displays playfulness… allowing his whole humanity to show (Which is probably just as important for him as for his daughter). This small clip is a representation of what it looks like when psychological and emotional safety is present. For some who will say, “Well, what does this have to do with business, leading teams, and running organizations?” I say how you do anything is how you do everything. If you are intentionally cultivating safety in one area that awareness is likely to bleed into all areas of life. I imagine that Mom also has a level of safety with this Dad as well whether they are coparenting together or apart. #psychologicalsafety #emotionalsafety #leadership #emotionalintelligence
