This position is responsible for managing team members of the art department and monitoring all production artwork, mock-up requests, and any additional projects. It is also responsible for delivering all assets needed in the process of Legacy Founder Sport Group projects in both the team and collegiate areas of business. This role collaborates with the Screen Print Department, Customer Service Department, and Product Development team to ensure all processes and workflows are efficient and effective, adjusting as needed, and directing the graphic artists. Some of our required skills/qualifications: *Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. *7+ years’ experience in graphic design in a related field, preferably in the apparel industry; plus 3+ years’ experience directing the work of others required. *Expert in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator required. *Intermediate computer skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel required.
