Having an AI call me about a job position instead of a real person is one way to be sure I will not be working for your company. if you value the work, then you'll hire people to do it. AI should not replace needed human jobs. AI can replace some parts of work (it's used to stitch satellite imagery together, which is very common in GIS, for instance), but it should not be making decisions, doing intake on the phone (we all already LOVE talking to a robot for customer service /s), or doing creative/designers jobs. I'd rather talk to a real person, even if only for 5-10 minutes, than give my personal information to a robot/AI over the phone. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but this rubbed me entirely the wrong way. #recruiting #AI #DoBetter
