We were requested to assist on a project in Santa Barbara that was just recently built but unfortunately not proper waterproofed at the decks. When broken down, waterproofing is very simple. Water should be able to shed from the vertical face of a home to the drainage, or in this case decking drains. Our team went in with the assist of our waterproofing contractor Building Envelope, building envelope fabricated and installed new deck pans using @prosocoinc fluid applied membrane. Our team will now follow behind and install a new door unit, with a fully encapsulated nilling fin. Ensuring a leak proof door install.
