We need to manage data as a business asset. We need experimentation. We need AI Literacy and cultural change. AI cannot operate in a vacuum. So you don't need a Gen AI Strategy. What you need is an AI-driven Capability Development Strategy and Roadmap that specifies the business objectives, challenges, risks, and needed capabilities that can be powered by Gen AI. We need to enable the business to own and manage complex tools like Gen AI. And it's not a trivial task. Even simpler AI Strategies couldn't survive first contact with business. As I always like to say, AI alone is not enough. When you combine it with automation, that’s when you build really powerful systems. I’ve built a system for one of my clients that does just that. The goal of the system is to call leads and offer a service, using an AI agent. So I’ve created the AI agent with the right prompt to call the leads. But, that’s not all. Depending on the call status (completed, voice mail, drop, etc), the system triggers a multi-day SMS sequence. All happening automatically. The system runs non-stop, calling the leads (respecting daily limits) and keeps nurturing them with a sequence. This is just another example of how you can combine AI and automation to really scale your processes.

I used to think Ai was just a fancy add-on for my business (here's how I turned it into a life-changer) Pre Ai: My workflows were clogged, content quality was hit or miss, and the overall user experience I provided was... ... let's just say, "lacking finesse." Now, enter the era of AI and other fancy automation technologies. Sure, the initial honeymoon phase was all about amazement and whatnot.
