Whether or not a candidate ends up working for your organization, a positive interview experience will make a lasting impression. A positive encounter with your company throughout the hiring process. This leads to great word-of-mouth referrals and a good experience for candidates Talking to candidates about their strengths and where they can improve and offering useful advice not only improves the candidate’s experience but is also valuable and may enhance their interview skills. It also helps hiring managers make informed decisions about candidates and promotes fairness and transparency in the hiring process. Effective interview feedback is specific, actionable, and delivered with respect. It can also lead to a better-equipped talent pool. Use examples and observations to support your feedback. This helps candidates understand their strengths and areas for improvement. Frame feedback constructively. Focus on how the candidate can enhance their skills and performance. Offer actionable suggestions or resources they can use for growth.

I really support the idea of talking with a recruiter as if you were a colleague. You are united by a common goal - a vacancy in the company. With this approach, points of contact will be found faster.

This is a transparent approach, I liked it. Each Company is having its own Vision & Mission - now checking or matching the company vision & mission with the new comer's vision & mission is absolutely in-line with time based requirement.
