Social media managers can be responsible for so much, everything from creating and implementing strategies to community management and planning, curating and scheduling content. It is easy if you don’t care about the results. But If you actually want to build an authority, community and a successful business then social media marketing needs to be done right and this can take so so many hours - more hours than a full time job would allow if you’re looking to scale FAST!
