Vice President, Global Accounts Program

This past weekend at The Women’s Conference was an enlightening experience filled with self-reflection, inspiring interactions with remarkable Xerox women, men, and leaders, and valuable lessons from a diverse group of people's stories. I left the conference feeling incredibly energized and motivated, just as I always do. What made this year even more special was having my son, Aamer Seth, accompany me. Our conversations on the way back home revolved around ambition, achievements, and the strength that individuals bring to their lives – he was positively charged 😊. I wholeheartedly recommend taking your child or a young adult to a conference like this. It's an opportunity for the new generation to gain insights into taking businesses forward while understanding the vital roles of diversity, kindness, and community in business.

Brilliant Anjali Seth! Great advice. Getting the next generation along to business conferences (if possible) is a great way to prepare them to take over the batons and move forward. Well Done!
