Happy International Women's Day!   Today provides an opportunity to celebrate the achievements and contributions of women across the globe. Women are leaders, innovators, entrepreneurs, educators, caregivers, and so much more.   I have had the honor to have some amazing women in both my personal and professional life. As an entrepreneur, my mom was a role model for work ethic, compassion and a drive to serve her customers. She taught me to chase what I wanted in life and to treat people right along the way.   In the workplace, we need to support and empower women to reach their full potential. I'm grateful for all the women who have mentored, coached, and inspired me along the way, and I’m committed to paying it forward.   I'm proud to be part of Nationwide, a company that values women in the workplace. Nationwide fosters a culture of collaboration and growth for women demonstrated by our celebration of Women’s History Month in partnership with our Women Empowered Associate Resource Group.   Let's keep lifting each other up and celebrating our successes.
