Interesting read - exploring Westrum's model and its relevance in DevOps highlights the importance of workplace culture. DevOps thrives in a generative culture where failure is viewed as a learning opportunity. In contrast, pathological environments (dominated by personalities over team goals) and bureaucratic settings (where failure is penalized for not following strict rules) hinder DevOps implementation.
