Have you ever had a swim analysis? It's challenging to truly visualise our swimming technique; we may have a mental image, but it's only when we view ourselves on video that we're either disheartened or pleasantly surprised. If you're serious about enhancing your freestyle, video analysis is an excellent starting point. It allows us to pinpoint areas for improvement, given the integrated nature of the stroke where one aspect can impact another. This analysis enables us to slow down and identify which area is causing the most issues, and whether correcting it could resolve other issues as well. Here's how our video analysis works: We'll have you swim while we capture footage from various angles—side underwater, above side underwater, overhead, and front underwater—during our coaching session on Tuesday mornings. Afterward, we'll review the footage, then bring it up on the screen and record ourselves narrating as we go through your entire stroke, covering aspects such as breathing, balance, rotation, recovery, catch, and pull and so on. Then finally at the end, we'll provide a summary of the areas to prioritise for improvement, along with drills tailored to perfect those areas. The message above was a response I received recently after sending him his video analysis. If you're interested in learning more about this or where we're located, feel free to send me a direct message. #swimanalysis #swimming #triathlon

Are you a seasoned swimmer looking for the ultimate challenge? The English Channel swim- a prestigious open water challenge -might be your choice. Swimmers attempt to cross the 21-mile-wide (34 kilometers) channel between England and France. It's known for its difficulty due to unpredictable weather, strong currents, and cold water which can vary from 15°C to 18°C. The first solo swim was in 1875, and it continues to attract swimmers worldwide. 🗓️Swimming the Channel is really popular, so those wanting to attempt the challenge often have to book it at least two years in advance. Around 300 people take it on every single year, but only around one in five manage to complete it, so the swim is certainly not for the faint-hearted. ❗ Important Note: If you're considering the Channel swim, ensure you're comfortable swimming in temperatures as low as 59°F (15°C) or even colder. Preparation and training are key! #bromarketplace #swimming #englishchannelswim

Lets Learn before We Dive !!! Is it Possible ?? I have been , in the similar puzzle before I start Achieving the Results. People want to be perfect before getting into things. You Cannot be perfect in Swimming untill/unless you Dive in the Pool or River. You Can't Learn before Diving , you Dive and you Learn. So, Start taking actions , may be imperfect but your actions will make you perfect. Be Progressive rather than Perfectionist. Perfection is Bound to Happen. #perfectionism #BoostUrsConfidence #confidencecoach #confidencebuilding #successcoach #subconsciousmind
