As a cloud trainer with a passion for cloud technologies, Kubernetes, GCP, and Azure, I'm excited to bring you this project, which demonstrates the importance of Docker Swarm in managing containerized applications. 📄 Project Highlights: Title: Multi-Service Docker Swarm Deployment Description: In this project, we set up a Docker Swarm cluster and deployed a multi-service application using Docker Compose. Docker Swarm ensured high availability, load balancing, and easy scaling. 🔍 Key Learnings: Setup and manage a Docker Swarm cluster. Deploy multi-service applications with Docker Compose. Achieve high availability and resilience. Implement load balancing and auto-scaling. Fantastic guys!! Golang is becoming the go to language in most companies and it's popularity is spreading like wide fire among tech guys particularly those in the cloud space. Go is particularly useful and awesome for DevOps and cloud Engineers that works within Aws ecosystem using Aws Go SDK, even for those that works with Azure and GCP infrastructures Go is still a useful language to embrace. Golang is useful and well developed for building loosely coupled applications particularly with cloud natives apps that have microservices architecture unlike the monolithic architecture Now if you work with kubernetes and want to learn how to use kubernetes and Go client then Golang for you guys . Remember the most popular tools like Docker and kubernetes were built using Go language and you can learn more about how k8s works and operate knowing this language. Moreover, if you want to become a valuable asset in your company and you work or want to work in the cloud space then immediately embrace Go language and you will never regret learning Go. I would like to share that I have received my second certification from The Cloud Bootcamp: Bootcamp DevOps Cloud As part of this program, I had the opportunity to acquire knowledge not only about the culture but also about the tools of the DevOps and Cloud Computing ecosystem. Additionally, I implemented projects based on real-world scenarios, such as: 1. Implementation of Git repositories for Application and Infrastructure codes using AWS CodeCommit + Proof of Concept (PoC) process of ‘commit’, ‘push’ and ‘revert’ code changes. 2. Deployment of a reusable SaaS Multi-tenant AWS infrastructure using Terraform modules securely storing terraform configuration files on AWS CodeCommit. 3. Configuration and Deployment of the ‘humangov’ SaaS application on AWS EC2 inventory across US states using Ansible securely storing configuration files on AWS CodeCommit. 4. Proof of Concept (PoC) on AWS Elastic Container Service (ECS) fronted by Application Load Balancer (ALB) and storing Docker Images on Elastic Container Registry (ECR). 5. Deployment of the ‘humangov’ SaaS application on AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS) using a Route 53 domain, ALB ingress, and SSL Endpoint powered by AWS Certificate Manager. 6. Automating the ‘humangov’ SaaS application build and deployment process on Kubernetes with CI/CD Pipelines using the AWS CodeCommit, AWS CodePipeline, and AWS CodeBuild. 7. Implementing AWS CloudWatch Synthetics for real-time application URL monitoring integrated with CloudWatch alarms, SNS, and AWS Chatbot to send real-time alerts on Slack. 8. Developing an ‘event-driven’ and ‘serverless’ Python microservice triggered by DynamoDB streams using AWS Lambda Function and AWS SDK Python Boto3. #AWS #DevOps
