This could not have been said better. It is always easier to blame the funnel itself. And the excuses run high here. The prospecting was poor. The funnel quality was bad. The candidates were not qualified. The only way to straighten this out is, To hire the right and best. To train and prep them. To lead by example. The way I look at it, prospecting is easy, when you know whom you are converting. Alex
