AI Use Cases The other day we were discussing current commercial AI use cases. This is quite interesting from an investors point of view because AI company values are much higher than current revenues would imply (for example, if you'd buy Hugging Face today you would need more than 122 years to break even - based on their current annual revenue ;-) And while it's not hard to find several interesting OpenAI projects I was wondering where are the use cases for our German gem Aleph Alpha? Well, here's at least one running commercial project, the text generator F13 for the government of Baden-Wuertemberg! Europe has to be open to AI. It is of most importance that we make significant progress in the development of AI. At the same time we have to focus on the well-being of humanity and should rely on regulation to ensure that we have the right framework for the development of this fast moving technology. We have to avoid that Europe falls behind, it is imperative that we learn from past experiences. Let’s engage with fervor and urgency in discussions about new application scenarios and investments. Let’s utilize every resource available to us in harnessing the potential, proudly made in Europe.
