New and Improved AKAM. Sincere accolades.
Great event and very nice to be doing this again in person and very informative! Let's go Akam.
Great pic! 🙌 Looking forward to having our next TownHall meeting in sunny FL.
What a great turnout!! Great things to come for AKAM. So happy to be a part of this journey and growth!!
It was a great meeting and wonderful improvements are coming! It’s exciting to evolve with a company that is so forward thinking! 🙌🏾🩵 The best part is the amazing culture, diversity, management and inclusion at AKAM! I’m very happy to be a member of this growing team 💯
Looks like an inspiring event Ken!
Great experience to be present and to meet in-person with my colleagues. Happy to be part of this team. Truly a great company!
Hey, it's nice that you organise such fantastic events. However, I'm really frustrated with how AKAM, despite its stature, allows dialogues with customers to occur in such an unprofessional manner. To put it concisely, your employees refuse to give me my check back. Initially, we started communication regarding an address for them to send the check, but after some time, they stopped responding to me (Stella Massarsky). When I contacted feedback@akam.com, Derick Chiarino responded, "we don't manage this property". Consequently, our dialogue remained unresolved. This is deeply disappointing for client success. Shame on you! Dialog was like this: Me: Dear AKAM, I'm unable to reach my manager smassarsky@akam.com. Can you help me? AKAM Success Manager: We don't manage this property. Me: How? My manager said she would send me my deposit back, but she is not responding to me. AKAM: You should contact your manager. Me: She is not responding to me. AKAM: Go to Florida and figure it out for yourself. It's a strange and disappointing response.
Can you have one of your NY regional managers contact me about one of your employees? Vincent@citygatesusa.com Thank you
One can choose to go back toward safety or forward toward growth. Growth must be chosen again and again; fear must be overcome again and again.
10moLoved seeing everyone together in person for this!
