wauw even when you block account 2x an cancel resevetion without telling why and helping poeple in need. If it goes wrong Airbnb you have a big problem. Frontdesk does not want to help because they CANT.

Very pathetic service you have..MMT, booking.com,Agoda is far better than you. I have used it for the first time, you failed to meet my requirements and I have spent money on my booking and you have cancelled it but your customer service is so pathetic they advised me to book again and didn't provide any resolution. I have spent another amount booking through you but it's still pending. I have plans with my family and after paying you said amount n your telling me book again. I am from a middle class family and i have limited resources to complete my leisure travel and you are harassing like this. I need a proper resolution within a hour

I recently had a terrible experience with an Airbnb booking. We arrived at a home for the Fourth of July weekend, only to find it occupied by squatters who blocked us in the driveway. According to the neighbors, this has been ongoing for a year. The host was unreachable, and we were left stranded with our holiday plans ruined. Our travel expenses for 11 people totaled $1,800, yet Airbnb only offered us $300 in compensation. Their customer service was unhelpful and unprofessional, refusing to take ownership of the situation. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have not received a call from the appropriate level of leadership regarding this issue. I have a lot of questions about Airbnb's preventative measures and proactive management to prevent such situations. But most importantly, why would you not try to do right by your customers? Has anyone else experienced such poor handling of issues by Airbnb? The agent insisted she would send the full refund, but the email is very suspicious as it was sent separately instead of providing the full breakdown and total amount in one email. Additionally, another email has a breakdown mentioning ‘CX initiated refund amount - xxx,’ where some amounts are shown, and some are not. I don’t trust your emails on Airbnb without the amount showing in the ‘CX initiated amount,’ as I’ve observed that your agents and customer support keep creating new support tickets (without a reference number) without resolving the issue. Please can anyone here help me??

Be careful using AIRBNB and working with Airbnb! They never paying out the money and customer support forcing that guest would stay for free. Avoid at all cost.

Interesting….just let me know the reason of improper charges by Airbnb on my PayPal account. I just discovered several charges from Airbnb (last yesterday of EUR.488,63!) despite not having made any reservations! Here are the answers from your "Customer Care"! I will report to our police dept. but in the meantime I think it would be better prefer other platforms for our reservations!!

Airbnb is going downhill since we started using it 9 years ago. Just today we spent 5 hours dealing with Airbnb support team which is completely useless and incompetent because the place we rented for 7 days had a wrong location pin on Airbnb and now we are stuck here with an angry host. To what Airbnb said there is nothing they can do. This company is truly getting worse with each day and after numerous rentals over 9 years we are considering other platforms that are honest with their guests and not deceitful like airbnb. Such a shame.
