Membership Manager Scotland, Northern Ireland & Europe at Institution of Civil Engineers (Membership Recruitment Team Scotland,NI,RoI,Europe)
SCEs, DEs, Mentors and sponsors- when you review the contents of an applicant’s application for professional review, experiential learning or career appraisal, please please please critically assess it against the requirements of the submission. Check that it specifically describes how the attributes or learning outcomes have been met by the candidate from their own experience. When you know a Candidate it is very easy to read between the lines. Their assessor or reviewer won’t do that, and so can lead to an unsuccessful application. #ice #critical #helpful #successful #mice
