You need a special kind of fuel to make sure that car is running and performing in the way that you want it to.” – Vyla Rollins That fuel is our Inspired, Curious and Unbossed culture, and we’re grateful to have Vyla as a member of our Novartis Culture Leadership Advisory Board, otherwise known as #CLAB, an awesome and diverse team of thought leaders from inside and outside Novartis. Coming from the worlds of science, business, academia, and sport, they offer fresh perspectives and pragmatic insights to advance our culture journey and leadership capabilities at Novartis in service of our purpose to reimagine medicine, 𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫. To fulfill our purpose, we need to challenge each other every day to push the limits of what’s possible. And we can’t do this on our own. We need partners who test our assumptions and stretch our thinking so we can unlock our collective potential. We had a great couple of days together on our Basel Campus recently, where we spent time out and about hearing from our people and digging deep into challenges and opportunities as we seek to support everyone at Novartis in living our culture day-to-day and further developing the capabilities of our leaders.
