This past week, Salesloft hosted a "Better Together" Product Sync Week in Guadalajara, Mexico. The company has recently undergone significant changes in the current year, including opening a new center of excellence in Poland and acquiring Drift, now a Salesloft company. I had the pleasure of meeting many new colleagues and aligning on team and organizational objectives as we prepare to deliver exciting, cutting-edge features on the Salesloft Platform. I had the opportunity to connect personally with my teammates and host our first in-person Front End Guild since 2019. This initiative, which our dedicated planners and I have been organizing for nearly five years, brings our engineering department together monthly for important updates and presentations on the latest technologies. It has evolved significantly to stay current and valuable to our team. It was a joy to MC this event, seeing our newest and seasoned Full-stack & UI engineers who focus on front-end development in person. We discussed the future of our Front End Guild and had insightful presentations from our renowned Software Architect, Andrii Smirnov, and Staff Software Engineer Andrew Mitchell, on Salesloft's and Drift's front-end architecture. A big thank you to the Front End Guild planners from both Salesloft and Drift: Conley Ernst, Jeff Colombo, Derick Eisenhardt, Nate Renner, and Gerrit Boogaart 👏
