Autism Awareness 🌈∞ This is something that is very close to my heart 🥹 My son was diagnosed with #Autism when he was 3 years old. We were lucky to "swiftly" obtain a diagnosis and receive support in his educational setting! Since then, and like most parents of autistic children, my mind has been overrun with concerning thoughts of what's next. One of the biggest fears we face as parents is; what happens when we're gone? Will our children be supported? Will they need support? Will they be able to provide for themselves? Thankfully for me, I was introduced to Tom Cliffe, and was truly amazed by his work. Put simply; Tom supports autistic adults into employment. He is a pioneer in his field and not only supports autistic adults on their employment journeys, but also educates employers on best ways to attract & support neurodiverse talent. Tom has been immensely influential to me, and now it's time for me to do my part by helping raise awareness of his incredible work 💙 We at Addition+ are very proud to be hosting our first Autism Awareness event, and would like to invite YOU to join!
