Employment as an intern or apprentice, indiscriminate and irrespective of education, skill or experience; in the trade or businesses, should come first! Skill, experience and/or expertise in AI, digital technology or any other field by training / practical experience in service / job is its obvious logical sequence! Remember, It is merely not a need for employment of the unemployed / jobless / job seekers billions to be converted into human resources but essential for retaining growth and sustainability of the leadership of businesses concerned! Time will come when the unemployed billions shall realize the fact and be self motivated and determined to become self-employed with whatever they have and prove their true talents! And the present lead Employer of businesses, because of the tamed. lazy and artificial talents-employees of lame-excuses who are reluctant to accomplish their job responsibility, shall obviously lose their leadership to the true skilled, talented and self-employed billions emerging entrepreneurs!

An observation after 1,000's of conversations regarding being opportunistic. There is no clear data or pure science to this. After speaking with 100's of professionals a week and 1,000's a year, there is definitely a theme between those who have risen in their careers and make a higher income and those who do not. Professionals making $100,000 salary or more tend to be more opportunistic and open to new career opportunities. They are open and willing to listen. Again, there's no exact science to the $100,000 salary level being the imaginary opportunistic level. But those that have reached that level tend to want to continue climbing and growing. If you have career ambitions and goals beyond where you are today, be opportunistic. #browndavis #insurance #insurtech

Actuarial Job Descriptions: a much needed update In a candidate driven market job descriptions can be three pages long on what the candidate needs but we're missing what the company can do for the candidate. Where are the success stories? ↳ Individual Achievements ↳ Team Successes ↳ Promotions/ Career Growth ↳ Industry Recognition/ Awards ↳ Community Impact Providing evidence of what success looks like, builds trust and credibility, illustrates company culture and values, inspires and motivates candidates, and address concerns and objections. Painting a comprehensive picture will support in making the role more attractive to HIGH VALUE candidates. I can't wait for my upcoming client calls to dive deep into this however without a recruiter sharing the above on each candidate call it is just another job description amongst many.
