MSA Manufacturing Limited exploring new markets and improving efficiency and product cycle times with their CEAD Group Flexbot system. ADAXIS software, #AdaOne, has made additive manufacturing extremely accessible, allowing MSA Manufacturing Limited to generate toolpaths for large and complex parts. The video below shows the seamless transition from #LFAM concepts to reality 👇
From Concept to Reality! A huge thanks to our terrific end customer and also ADAXIS, without whom we couldn't have gotten the amazing results we did. This is a truly beautiful, flowing piece. MSA Manufacturing Limited can print and machine end-use functional parts, prototype parts, printed #tooling for GRP and Composites, and of course, design lead parts such as this, furniture and architectural pieces. Come and talk to us about your needs at #jecworld2024 on the Composites UK - Trade Association Pavillion, Hall6, Stand S62/T62, 4th to 6th March. For the part featured, thank you also to CNC Robotics Ltd, a company who share our love of ORANGE as well as #LFAM. Printed in Mitsubishi Chemical Group PIPG-GF on our CEAD Group Flexbot.

As a data collection and 3D design tool available at SabeRex: a TyRex Technology Family company, #3dscanning allows you to gain valuable product information that would otherwise be expensive and difficult to obtain. From a comprehensive scan, you can learn where dimensions and measurements start to differ from original prototypes or designs. #prototyping #manufacturing #engineering https://lnkd.in/gqEtC73e

🌍💡 Shifting Industry: Prioritizing Sustainability 🌱 As we continue to learn, it becomes increasingly evident that products must be designed for new manufacturing methods rather than redesigned to fit existing manufacturing and supply chain frameworks. There is a pressing need for change. The prevailing focus on quick profits, driven by various factors, often overlooks the long-term well-being of our planet. It's disheartening to witness startups and businesses being coerced into short-sighted strategies, neglecting opportunities to prioritize solutions beneficial to both their bottom line and the environment. While legislation may lag and funding often favors researchers over implementers, the urgent need for immediate returns perpetuates this flawed system. By rethinking our approach, we can create products that minimize waste and use resources responsibly. Together, let's challenge the norm and pave the way. We are convinced that we can break through and make it happen. I'm excited to introduce you to our team, our tech, and our why. Wish us luck, support us and/or merely follow along! We are all in this together. More to come! Great illustration showing where SAF parts are on the H350. One of my favorite parts is the Lamp Wire Router: 1,710 parts in 9 hrs and 20 mins! Tool-less manufacturing of low to mid-volume polymer parts. We are seeing success at AdvancedTek with companies digitizing their part inventory. Instead of that old warehouse down the road storing molds, various tools, and the old forklift that hasn't worked in 15 years... companies are taking advantage of digital part inventory and saving money on warehouse space and transportation... Not to mention, the SAF workflow is incredible: GrabCAD Print > Print Parts > Depowder > Parts In-Hand Having the accessibility to receive parts effectively within < 24-48 hours from design build, with minimal cost, can drastically improve the time to final part completion and positively impact the bottom line. H350 and SAF Technology. It's the way of the future. #additivemanufacturing #3dprinting #manufacturing #tech
