VersiDrain® BG’s modular design allows pre-planting to achieve instant greening of rooftops, and its internal irrigation reservoir promotes plant sustainability with minimised maintenance. The stormwater attenuation layer collects stormwater at-source and releases it slowly after the rain event to prevent the overburdening of drainage infrastructures. Adjacent trays interconnect with each other at this layer allowing the collected stormwater to have unrestricted flow between trays. Based on Edwards Aquifer levels, San Antonio's 2024 water restrictions will significantly impact property owners. Stage 2 restrictions limit watering to once a week and restrict irrigation system use. SAWS predicts Stage 4 restrictions by summer, banning all outdoor watering and irrigation. New drought rules have replaced city-issued citations with a $137 fee for non-compliance.  Property owners and tenants must adapt to these restrictions and higher water rates. Using your local weather data and landscape conditions, these controllers determine when and how much water your plants will need. The advanced controllers #monitor_and_measure water flow, #detect abnormal water use, and #notify users if there is a problem. The state now requires these advanced features in new construction to help homeowners conserve water.
