We are proud to work with Oregon Health Authority (OHA) to deliver #Medicaid funding for social needs like #housing and #nutrition to improve health outcomes for the state’s priority populations, while also lowering health costs. This new contract award is the nation’s first 1115 Health Related Social Needs waiver demonstration and will help ensure the 120,000 Oregonians receiving fee-for-service (FFS) Medicaid support have the access to the social resources they need.
