WE MUST CHANGE OUR WAYS FOR GOOD This attitude of, it is a government property, and thereby it is allowed to decay or damage, or even waiting for the intervention of government to come on a public structure or property while we have the capacity to do the work or fixed it, it must stop. If we cannot take ownership of projects executed in our communities, we will continue to dwell and perish in poverty, hardship and underdevelopment. We must start now, I mean now. We must act and get involved in decision and policy making in our communities, we must demand for accountability and transparency on every project earmark to our communities, and we must take full ownership of those projects and contribute our quota to their execution and maintenance. I remembered, when I watched the welcome address of Mandela Washington fellows, the first cohort by President Obama; A fellow from South Africa asked a question about an inspired foundation by Mandela that runs funds for enterprises for two decades and stop, whether there is a chance to develop another one for enterprise in Africa. President Obama responded by saying: “What I think everybody recognises is that, if you want to sustained development and sustained opportunity, and sustained self determination; then the key is to own what is produced and to be able to create jobs and opportunity organically and indigenously, and then be able to meet the world on equal terms” We must come together as people, work together to achieve Taraba and Nigeria of our dream. The government is we, only if we as people choose the part of darkness, underdevelopment and corruption; we can make those at the helms of affairs to do the right thing as people. WE MUST CHANGE OUR WAYS FOR GOOD MY NAME IS MU’AZU DANBURAM I AM A COMMUNITY ORGANIZER.

I live for The TOWNSHIP ECONOMY. I believe that I have found my purpose and it has evolved over the years but at its core it is to change how you see the township, make meaningful connections between corporate South Africa and the township economy, and facilitate long term inclusive economic growth. Living your purpose is the most fulfilling thing you can ever do, however it is equally the toughest and most painful thing to do because it tests you and it's a thankless task. Though in certain instances you are paid a fee it doesn't equate to the fact that you would have done the work even without a fee. In most cases those resources are wholly driven towards fulfilling this purpose. Chasing intentional impact while trying to balance the scale of the resource needs is a tough one, you wish people would just get it but it wouldn't be 'Your Purpose' if they all got it. I believe that you find your purpose while taking intentional steps each day to better yourself, you need to be the best version of your self in the level you are on. Don't undermine small beginning. Deliver value, excellence and quality. This is a tough and yet meaningful journey, enjoy the ups and down. It's not about the finish line but it is about the journey. What is your purpose? #GetThingsDone

What is something most people from the other side of the world don't know about Africa? First of all, most people think Africa is a COUNTRY when it’s actually a CONTINENT. Most people think that everyone in Africa is poor, NO! A lot of people in Africa are rich and are living BETTER lives. By better I mean, they buy their properties, and build their homes, with no mortgages, and no taxes. Most people think that everyone in Africa is uneducated and uncivilized. NO! We’re educated and passionate about the future of Africa and the world we share. There are uneducated people, for sure, but that’s not everywhere in Africa! What I hear the most is when people think everyone in Africa is black, lol. Africa is a home for people from different backgrounds! I’m going to stop here for now, but just for anyone who is still ignorant about Africa, please educate yourself, and you will fall in love with Africa! Like I do! I want to stay here, develop, and build for Africa. Yes, Africa is worth a VISIT! You are most welcome. Credit: C&P Let us connect for more content like this.
