Customers have many options, but the answer to why they will choose your company depends on how well they are treated. Customers are generally willing to pay the price; they just need one answer to their main question: 'If the product encounters an issue, which company will come and resolve the issue at minimum time and minimum cost?' If you can convince the customer on this point, then you will most likely close the deal. So, from the next time onwards, try to create a belief system in the customer's mindset that our company is available 24/7 to support you, instead of solely focusing on the product, because most company salespeople will do that. I have seen some companies with an average product-market fit, but they are scaling at a good rate simply because they treat their customers nicely. #business #sales #customer #salespitch #mindset #bonding
