Open Vacancy ‼️ Position: Production Technician Company: CJ Bio Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. Location: Kerteh, Kemaman, Terengganu. Working hours: Office hour & Shift No. of vacant: 2 Vacant Job Description: • To know in detail regarding -Broth -Valve -Sensor -Contamination Occurs • To understand about process of broth out, Dilution Caustic Soda(DCS). Cleaning in Place (CIP), Calibrate pH/NIR Sensor, Filter Sterilization and Blank Sterilization • To ensure all tank in blank for sterilization process • To check the temperature, pH, pressure at Main tank follow as per order by Management • To transfer Broth Out (BO) to refinery department • To communicate with Culture Technician in order to confirm broth can be transfer or not to refinery • To transfer broth between range six batch per day, every four hours as per management decide • To take a broth sample and submit to QC department • To alert if there a contamination occurs while looking at a broth sample • To get a sample from culture Technician • To check a result from QC department within five hours • To communicate with refinery technician before transfer a broth in order for earlier notification • To record the result via OAHS Broth Handover Report once complete a transfer • To alert which main tank will be transfer first once get confirmation with culture technician • To do a “Cleaning in Place”/CIP at tank once finish transfer to refinery • To used proper chemical for cleaning inside the main tank which is used for cleaning activity • To ensure proper cleaning activities for avoid contamination occur in next process • Once CIP take place, prepare an another cleaning activity by using a process water • To now in detail the process of calibrate pH, Sensor and buffer • To install pH at every tank for every batch used • To do an inspection at Osh, Enzyme tank • To prepare a sterilization process via steam transfer from Utility department • To handle a sterilization process via program semi-auto • To check a valve in main process area • To assist if trouble occur at process area • To monitor PLC for each process • To take a sample and test for pH and OD (Optical Density) to check either there have a slack or not • To change / troubleshoot if equipment is not functioning well • To laisse with Shift Leader, Engineer for 5s activities • To support all activity by team members in order to ensure information been deliver to all team members at department area • To prepare repot for every process by daily, weekly and monthly basis Qualification and Education Requirements: Educational: - Minimum requirement Diploma holder from any field of studies Experience: - Fresh graduate or with one or two years working experience welcome to apply. Job Descriptions: 📌 To control process of depolarization and Pressure Filter process at Refinery department 📌 To measure level of liquidity at deco tank at the right quantity 📌 To always alert regarding process flow or target for planning purposem 📌 To have knowledge related with; - Carbon - Permeate - Dissolving 📌 To ensure all material required at deco process being completed before transferring to Feed tank 📌 To daily write Operation Data Sheet (ODS) for process area involved 📌 To always alert if alarm signal is appearing at PLC 📌 To verify cause of trouble at machine pressure filter 📌 To check condition of machine pressure filter and write down at ODS 📌 To do a sampling of “C1FL Cushion’ include with macro filter, dissolving, carbon, thickness etc. 📌 To bring sample of C1FL Cushion and dissolving to quality department for analysis by daily 📌 To check ‘SLAM – Cloth” machine and submit a picture to Shift Leader for every shift at daily basis 📌 To monitor and checking Hydraulic/pump machine 📌 To always check and do a maintenance if production increase to avoid trouble at micro/macro filter, pressure filter machine 📌 To always check data at PLC system, if there have an abnormal need to check with sample 📌 To check by visual if there any carbon at our product produce 📌 To change a filter if there have a carbon detect at our product come out from pressure filter machine 📌 To check strainer, proceed a Cleaning in Place (CIP) if flow was slow once get a confirmation with Top Management 📌 To perform troubleshooting activities if trouble occur at workstation process area 📌 To perform Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) such as cleaning, repairing as per instruction 📌 To daily fill up Operation Daily Sheet (ODS) at own process area 📌 To give full commitment for any 5S activities ordered by Management 📌 Comply with safety requirements and procedure and by wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with safety 📌 Contact with Engineering departments to report if there are troubles of equipment such as instruments, electrical and mechanical and supporting if needed 📌 To laisse with Shift Leader, Engineer and operator when required a data for generate a report etc. 5S, TPM, My Machine My Area and to be submitted to Head of Department Qualification and Education Requirements: Educational: 📌 Minimum requirement Diploma holder from any field of studies Experience: 📌 Fresh graduate or with one or two years working experience Skills: 📌 Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook) 📌Ability to work independently and to carry out assignment to complete a task If you are interested, please email your Resume/ CV and other certificates to: fauzana.matrazali@cj.net / noraiman.norzaid@cj.net

So, I always treat my friends as equals. — Monday night, before going to work, there was a WhatsApp chat from my old friend, Adi Bima Sanjaya. We were friends when we studied Mechanical Engineering. Not long after, we met at a cafe in the Kota Wisata area, Ciangsana, Bogor. There were many stories when we met, there were many ups and downs, there were moments when it was challenging to find the title of the thesis, worried about being late in completing it, etc. Bima experienced this to the point where he told me that if he didn't pass the 9th semester, he had to pay for the 10th semester himself. So, I tried to help by suggesting go to the machine design specialisation lab and take on the lecturer's project. Luckily, he was able to graduate in the 9th semester. Timeskip, I didn't expect him to be persistent enough to pursue his dream of becoming a welding engineer. After graduating, he immediately looked for work related to welding, even though it was a contract and for little money. When he had saved enough salary, then immediately get the welding inspector certification and continue working again. He focus on the grinding experience. Finally, he was recruited at the Pertamina Refinery Unit Kalimantan. I'm happy to hear that. He told me that consistency is essential in any case. In his case, he carried out a career journey as a welding engineer for five years until he reached his current point. For five years, he was also confident that he could work at Pertamina. In short, from him, I learned that if we are not sure what we want. We don't deserve that now. Belief is a form of projection of the future. Dear Connections, We are looking for 2 suitable candidates for below positions: Position: BOM SPECIALIST Location: Sungai Udang, Melaka Experience and qualifications: Knowledge in equipment BOM (bill of material) management system Experience in either mechanical static/rotating/electrical/instrument Able to read and identify the equipment part from the CS drawing, GA drawing, P&ID drawing Knowledgeable in SAP system Skills in Power BI, Microsoft Excel and Power Point   Job Scope: 1.Responsible to identify or create new SAP material number for components of equipment with minimum requirement as per MRCSB guideline in registering equipment Bills Of Materials (BOM). Specification and details required to be obtained from SPIR list, drawing and datasheet. 2.Ensure all parts contained in the equipment BOM are correctly set up. In the situation where SPIR list, datasheet or drawing not available, site visit and communication to equipment's vendor or OEM is required to be done to obtain component's details. 3.To adapt, learn and able to execute system used by MRCSB for material number creation, extension & amendment. 4.To create listing for equipment BOM and fill in the SAP change request form for BOM registration & get approval from MRCSB technical team before submission to MRCSB's PMMS team. 5.To communicate and make coordination with SAP data expert at MRCSB for BOM data uploading into SAP system. 6.To assist Optimize PM & Spare (OPMS) team in performing BOM analysis inclusive of BOM status, BOM completion, gap identification and monthly progress update on BOM completion, and sparing. 7.To assist OPMS team in performing m-plan or spare analysis for optimization purpose 8.Work with MTS/SME to perform/raise stock proposal for non-stock item that identified as require for sparing, amendment of min/max based on material movement. 9.Responsible in driving the BOM completion as per target chartered in MRCSB's reliability roadmap, ensuring high quality of BOM assembly in SAP system. 10.To track and follow up all registered or updated Material/BOM/Mplan reflect in SAP 11.To update any material number for the BOM that found incomplete details which require for site visit and communicate with equipment's vendor or OEM. 12.To update equipment ECA or any changes in asset details and update M-Plan 13.To update material details in SAP when needed. 14.To update incorrect asset hierarchy or missing asset equipment/ functional location in SAP as per technical approval 15.Carry out other duties Kindly submit your latest CV to: maisyarah@aworldtec.com.my
