Our QSC Masters tournament really turned up the heat🔥 at our leadership conference last week! 3 teams spent last week in Washington D.C. where they took part in a live cooking competition at our annual conference, followed by a few rounds of trivia to test their knowledge of key recipes and iconic Red Lobster Dishes. There could only be one team to “claw” their way to the top so a BIG congratulations to our team at El Paso, TX who won the One Claw to Rule them All! 🦞 We’re already looking forward to next year to see who will win the Golden Claw!

Great job to all the teams that competed last week! I was moved to tears by the video submissions the teams sent in, and it was so inspiring to see everyone's passion for the brand come to life on stage. You did AMAZING! Congrats to all of the teams, and El Paso for bringing home the gold! 🏆
