Learn to recognize your burnout triggers
- Learn to recognize your burnout triggers. Good news, this is really easy. Bad news, it's going to take you a few times of getting burnt out before you can do this. Every time you get burnout, write down a list of what exactly is stressing you out. See where you can pick up a pattern. For example, by your third time of getting burnt out, if your boss is consistently making that list, well, you know that your boss is one of the things that triggers you to a big burnout. Once you figure out what the triggers are, you can help dig in deeper and see where you can problem solve in those specific areas. It's important to identify your triggers when you're combating burnout, so you know exactly what it is you're problem solving for.
