How to handle stress and burnout by changing your location
- The best way to deal with burnout? Get outside, physically change your location. Whether it's a five minute walk around the neighborhood, or simply taking your coffee or tea to an outside porch changing your location and getting out nature can greatly help reduce your feelings of burnout. So when in doubt, when you're in the thick of it, plan some time to get outside, get some sun on your face, and breathe in that fresh air. In no time, your feeling of burnout will maybe not go away, but definitely start to subside.
