Microsoft Mesh inside of Teams offers a 3D immersive environment where you can interact with your teammates in a virtual space. Mesh meetings work with a normal computer, or if you want, a VR headset. But also there are exciting updates for virtual backgrounds and video effects during your meetings, as well as some streamlining in the meeting interface in general.
