- [Instructor] When chatting with another team member, or even in a group, there may be times when you'd like your reply to arrive at a future date and time. Well, you can do that here in Teams. It's ideal, for example, when working with people across different time zones. You might want to schedule your reply to arrive at a certain date and time. And it's quite simple. All you need to do is be in the middle of a conversation, chatting away with a couple of different members here. Down below, I'm going to add my reply, but I'm going to schedule it for a future date and time. So a simple message, but I don't want it to go off right now. Instead, when I click Send, I know it's going to go off instantaneously, but right-clicking Send actually allows me to send at a scheduled time.
