- [Narrator] Issues on a board are displayed in vertical columns determined by workflow status. Swimlanes, group issues horizontally in rows. This provides an additional way to collapse and expand data. Quick filters are used to further segment issues. You can add your own quick filters and swimlanes, with a JQL query. We created a sample board and the basic JIRA course. Today, let's create one using additional features, we didn't previously explore. Start by creating a new board. If you need help getting to the page shown, there are instructions in the previous, types of board section. For this example, I'll create a board for a Dev Team, using SCRUM with an existing project. After the board is created, it's time to set some preferences. Click the ellipsis cycle icon at the top right, of the backlog or active sprints page. Then select the board settings option in cloud or the configure option in server and data center.…
