- [Instructor] This user has an account that's logged in as Sid. Now Sid has called me up as the help desk agent and has asked me for some assistance in installing an application. And that's because Sid is just a user of this computer, not an administrator. So Sid would like to install an application. I'm just going to choose the Notepad++ application, which we can get to online. So I remote into Sid's computer and I go ahead and do a search for Notepad++. And I'm going to choose the download, make sure it's a legitimate certificate. And it is. Says the connection is secure, and it is the certificate I'm expecting. So I'll go to download Notepad++. And after it's installed, when the user tries to install it themselves, they'll get an error message saying that they don't have the proper rights to do that.
