- [Instructor] Help desk agents are a lot of times going to need to manage users, and groups, and other things that are in active directory. And so you'll need to know how to get into active directory to make some changes. I'm in a Windows server, but you can also do this from a Windows 10 or 11 client if you install the remote admin tools or Windows admin centers, which is a web-based tool. So inside the server you would go to server managers. You see here then tools, and you can see all these different active directory utilities. The most popular one is going to be users and computers. And here is my active directory. And you can see all these different folders on the left hand side. And these folders are where the various different users, and groups, and computers are going to be.
