Design as a business approach
(upbeat music) - I have sat in countless meetings providing guidance to our clients about how to run their business. In fact, we often get asked and hired to help our clients think through through their process and culture. The reason this happens is simple, design. Design is a process that demands looking at the whole of any issue and breaking it down into its simplest elements. Design then helps to figure out who should do what and when. Design is so much more than creating something. It's an approach for how to problem-solve and to reach an ultimate goal. Like one of my favorite design idols, Paul Rand, stated, "Everything is design. Everything!" (fading music)
