- [Instructor] As a Power BI consumer of data reports and dashboards, normally when you open a report like this, it will have been shared with you by somebody else in your organization. And that designer decides whether reports that are shared with users can then be re-shared by those users. So it is not the case that you can share every report that you have access to, but if you want to share a report and you can, then click Share. And our choices are that people in the organization, people with existing access, or specific people have access to it. And notice that this checkbox says Allow recipients to share this report. So if whoever shares a report with you turns this off, you won't be able to share it. But if it's turned on, you will be able to share it. And then the other choice is whether the original designer or the person sharing wants recipients to be able to build their own reports, their own dashboards with the…
