Use the Screen Snip tool or keystroke shortcut to take a picture of the screen or a portion of it

- [Instructor] When you want to take a picture 2 of your Excel screen or a portion thereof, 3 possibly to paste it into a Word or PowerPoint document 4 or even in an email, the feature is often referred to 5 as a snip or snipping. 6 And we can activate this feature in a number 7 of different ways. 8 There is a keystroke shortcut, Windows shift S. 9 On the screen right now I've got a table 10 over on the left hand side of the screen, 11 columns A through J, 12 and I'm filtering it by way of slicers off to the right. 13 And imagine I'm relatively new with slicers 14 and I'm going to remember what I've done here. 15 And I want to paste this into, for the moment, 16 just an empty sheet. 17 So I'd like to capture just the slicers 18 that we see over on the right hand side. 19 I'll first start with the keystroke shortcut, 20 Windows shift S. 21 The Windows key usually is in the bottom 22 of your keyboard near the space…
