- [Instructor] Excel has any number 2 of different analytical tools. 3 A number of them are available by way 4 of what we call the quick analysis button. 5 Anytime you highlight with a mouse, 6 two or more adjacent cells, you'll see a button pop-up. 7 So for example, in this worksheet, 8 if I highlight the data in upper-left corner there, 9 just the numerical portion of that, as soon as I release 10 that left mouse button, there's the button right there. 11 And immediately, we see some conditional formatting options. 12 There's six of them. 13 And in that orange panel down below on the worksheet here, 14 you'll see some other options that are available too. 15 Six different ones for chart, 10 for totals, and so on. 16 As I click totals here, by the way, 17 you'll see there's an arrow to the right 18 to expose the other four. 19 So we've got these choices right at our fingertips. 20 Let's say we want spark lines. 21…
