- [Instructor] I've got a list on the screen 2 of some 900 rows and filters active. 3 I want to see just the higher amounts. 4 To the right of Filter is the button called Advanced. 5 It's for an advanced filter, 6 and we'll be showing you some reasons for using this. 7 The filter is a great tool, but it doesn't do everything. 8 First of all, I'm interested in the higher amounts here. 9 I'll simply click the drop arrow for column H, 10 number filters, greater than, 11 and the high numbers here, 18,000. 12 Anything over 18,000, I want to see it. 13 I press Enter and that's what happens. 14 45 out of the 909 records here. 15 Now I'm also interested in Willy Loman. 16 He's our top performer. 17 I want to see all the rows where he's the salesperson. 18 So I'll click the drop arrow. 19 And as many of you know, if I choose Willy Loman here 20 and none of the others, I've also chosen 21 just the ones that are over 18,000 22…
