- [Instructor] When you work with large lists, 2 like this list is over 750 rows, 3 invariably you do want to sort it 4 and there's so many different ways to sort in Excel 5 if you know your list well and work with it frequently. 6 Another way to sort that you might not be aware of, 7 it's analogous to a new filter feature too 8 that you might have seen in a previous weekly tip, 9 I might want to rearrange this list alphabetically based 10 on the data in column A. 11 Can right click any of those names. 12 Simply slide down to sort and sort A to Z alphabetically. 13 Later, I want to sort this by department, do the same kind 14 of thing in column B, right click any one of these 15 sort A to Z. 16 Typically it's alphabetical, 17 but if we're working with numbers, 18 I want this list in descending order by salaries. 19 Same kind of thing in column G. 20 Just right click sort and sort largest to smallest. 21 There it…
