- [Instructor] On this worksheet, we're seeing two sets of data. They're identical in terms of their numbers, but the lower set starting in row 14 is more colorful. When you're making a presentation or printing out the information, it's easier to read. And we're emphasizing the highs and lows by using different arrows. These are actually referred to as icon sets, and there are quite a few of them available when we work with conditional formatting. Let's work with the upper list, highlight the data. And on the Home tab, you'll see Conditional Formatting, and there are lots of choices. We could apply data bars here, color scales, lots of options there. But under Icon Sets, quite a few choices here. Here's the set of arrows that we're seeing in the lower list. We also could divide the data this way. There are four kinds of arrows here, or even five, and lots of other choices too. There are certainly attention getters.…
