- [Instructor] When you create pivot tables, 2 at some point you might be seeing lists that could be viable 3 as non pivot tables and possibly things that you could be 4 sending to other users. 5 I've got a list here, it's over 900 rows. 6 These salespersons can sell any of five different products 7 to major wholesalers, the customers in column D, 8 and no one salesperson is responsible 9 for this region or that region. 10 So we're tracking sales here over a two year period, 11 2020, 2021. 12 And I've created a pivot table earlier. 13 Looks like this. 14 And this is using the standard display, 15 what we call compact view in pivot tables. 16 But ultimately what I want it to look like, 17 or let's say that I have made it look like by way 18 of manipulation of data and pivot tables, 19 this list here, this is not a pivot table, 20 it's only 49 rows. 21 Remember the original list is over 900. 22 But this is valuable…
