(upbeat music) - [Instructor] It's time for another challenge. This time, I want you to figure out a combination of batteries in series and/or parallel to provide power for this little motor, which I've attached to a wheel to give my lazy hamster a workout. This particular motor requires a supply of six volts to operate. And based on my hamster's weight and laziness, I estimate that it will require 150 milliamps of current to keep him running at a healthy speed. Finally, I want to make sure he gets plenty of exercise before I need to change the batteries, so it should be able to run for at least two days, which is 48 hours, on a single set of batteries. To limit the scope of this challenge, you have five types of common household alkaline batteries to choose from, nine-volt, AA, AAA, C, and D cell.
