Craft the right learning environment
- When designing a learning experience in the metaverse, you are not just designing lesson plans and content. You are designing the environment in which the learning takes place. It might be a virtual office, or factory, or some other location appropriate for the type of learning outcomes you are trying to achieve. It's your responsibility to craft the right learning environment for the instruction you want to provide. In many cases, you'll want to mimic the workspace in which the learner will eventually apply their training. This means that the sights, sounds, and elements that exist in the physical world should be included in the experience you are creating. A sense of realism makes the transfer of knowledge and skills from the metaverse to the actual work environment much easier.
