Some employees are toxic. They are unhappy in their job and want you to be unhappy too. They intentionally cause disruptions to poor work and constantly complain. A few are dishonest, steal or even harass others. These are the most difficult people you'll ever work with. But you are not powerless. This video will give you tools to recognize toxic co-workers and take steps to minimize their impact on your work. What I am about to share with you comes from experience. I am a certified human resources professional, and I spent ten years of my career helping companies prevent workplace harassment. As an employee, I've also been a victim of harassment and have experienced firsthand how difficult these situations can be.
