Some employees are toxic. They are unhappy in their job and want you to be unhappy too. They intentionally cause disruptions to poor work and constantly complain. A few are dishonest, steal or even harass others. These are the most difficult people you'll ever work with. But you are not powerless. I am a certified human resources professional, and I spent ten years of my career helping companies prevent workplace harassment. As an employee, I've also been a victim of harassment and have experienced firsthand how difficult these situations can be.
