Remember those strong correlations you explored in step 10 and the outliers you encountered? Well, now it's time to dive into more relationships and see what insights they hold. So, without further ado, let's jump right into it. Our first scatterplot explores the relationship between business land and property tax. Take a look. Now, here are our observations. It appears that as the proportion of non-retail business acres per town, business land increases, the tax rate tends to rise. But there might be a twist here. It's possible that another variable is influencing both property tax and business land. We are in the detective mode here, remember?
