- [Presenter] The next tool I'll show you is really useful for bringing information contained across several different pages or even several different documents onto a single page or sheet. This is the Snapshot tool, and to show it to you, I am still in our 1031 Southeast Madison sample file. I am on sheet A-1.5, and I showed this sheet to you earlier. Let's zoom in where I described how to split the screen to show this detail side by side with this plan. But let's say I want to go ahead and take this detail, or it's actually the cross section, and add it to this page so I don't have to keep jumping back and forth. I can use the Snapshot tool to do that, and since I've already added hyperlinks to my document, I'm just going to click here to go to sheet A-3.2, and I'm going to find that cross section number two that you're seeing on the screen here.
