Importing and exporting profiles

- [Narrator] As we go along and you see all the customizations that can be saved in a profile, you might begin to see some value in being able to export an entire profile so you can send it to others in your organizations. And this is easy to do here in Bluebeam Review. All we have to do is go up to the Review Menu, click it and select Profiles, and then click on Manage Profiles. When we do that, we get a dialogue box with all of the profiles that are currently installed on this machine, and I'm going to select My Profile which is the custom profile we made in the last video and I'm going to export that. Now, before I do that, I want to make sure that Include Dependencies is checked, as you can see here. And what that does is it ensures that all of the tool sets that are stored in my Tool Chest export with this profile. So it keeps all of that together.
