- [Instructor] Not only can you use Bluebeam Review to view and mark up existing PDFs, as you've seen throughout this course, you can also use it to create PDFs from scratch. In fact, you can do that directly from here in Review using some of its built-in templates. Let's take a look by using an example. And to do that, I'll go to the help menu, Welcome to Review, and open that sample drawing again. In that sample drawing, I had a question here that was applied as a markup to verify this 60-inch clearance to meet ADA requirements. I'm not getting an answer, so I need to submit an official RFI, and I'm going to do that by creating an RFI on a form here in Review. I'll go up to the File menu and we'll select new PDF from template. One of the builtin templates is an RFI form.
